IKF Waterford Promoter Pat Rockett put on a first class show in the Waterford Instute of Technology on Sunday 24 October with 10 well matched fights on the card including two IKF All Ireland Title fights and one IKF Eliminator fight.
Home fighter Megan Maher took a majority decision over Joleen Riley from Thurles to secure the IKF All Ireland Atomweight Title giving Rocketts Waterford Avcademy their first Irish Full Contact champion while Galways Catherine Cullinan made a successful mandatory first defence of her IKF Irish Lightweight crown by defeating Waterford lass Chloe O' Brien by unanamous decision.
Dublins Paul Gallagher took a unanamous decision over Limericks Sean Benson in an IKF Eliminator bout and he will now face Cappaquins Dillon O' Connor for the Jnr Lightweight Title in the Clonea Strand hotel in Dungarvan on November 20.
