Unless I'm mistaken, there's only one pharmacy course in Ireland, and given most of the students would be just out of secondary school, you'd be at no disadvantage. If anything, the extra maturity of older students usually counts for quite a bit in terms of study discipline, though the students would be on the whole fairly gifted and/or hard working - the points are too high for it to be otherwise.

Having done chemistry and biology, that puts you at an advantage as some pharmacy students have only done chemistry at school, though it might be no harm to refresh your knowledge of these a little to make things a little easier, but there will be people who haven't done biology at LC in the course.

A portion of the course concerns forensic pharmacy (legislation pertaining to pharmacy practice, medicines etc.) so your background in law should help you out in this area!

Also, there are now three pharmacy courses in Ireland, RCSI, UCC and TCD.
