UPC port forwarding for Torrents (Bitcomet)

    Hi I'm living up in Dublin for college and we have 30mb upc broadband in our house. I use bitcomet and know how to port forward for eircom and have got into the cisco port forwarding menu and entered the listening ports but i don't know what the local ip address is? i tried the static ip add set by upc but the comes up as invalid?...is it even a port problem or is there any other settings i need to change on the router?..i'm only getting average speeds of 150kb/s with the blocked bitcomet :(

    Start-> Run -> type "cmd"
    Type "ipconfig"

    Local IP is the IP address listed

    subnet mask or ipv4 add?
