Tyre brand advice

Need to change tyres on the family bus this weekend, currently have Bridgestones on but NCT advised that they seem to be wearing prematurely and they dont seem to have great grip so am looking at the following other brands all around the same price, will probably get tracking done at the same time.

Continental,
Dunlop,
Pirelli,
Uniroyal.

Continental seems to be fairly good in some of the tyre reviews, just looking for any opinions.

What type of car/suv/carrier is it? What sizes do you need?


I use Pireli P Zero Neros on the 'family car'... but I plan to move to Dunlop Sport Maxx on the next tyre change.

Its an Nissan Tino 1.8 with 195/65/R15 on, will be going to Fast Fit across the road, rang around a few other tyre depots and they were only interested in flogging cheap chinese stuff. No thanks.

That's only because that's what most drivers are looking for, most will have stock of the premium brands and if not they'll all get them for you, check for price though.
