I'm sorry to post this again but does anyone when or if this group are getting back together after the hols? I havent heard anything back yet from them, I tried emailing. Just need some support with my social anxiety. Thinking of paying for a cbt therapist again but hate the idea of going through the whole thing of finding…

Also Im not working at the moment so I dont have the money to be paying a therapist.
