    nice one! I was just looking at the site before I posted the thread, and didn't find it.. :o:o

    Are they mixed classes? As in, if it was all women, I wouldn't go, but I'd go if it was mixed. I emailed them anyways...

    Thanks the drifter. I'd prefer smaller classes rather than the whole hive of activity that is the UL arena. I'll get in touch with them.

    itsdacraic. yeah, outside supermacs would be the spot alright, I'm hoping that if I picked up a few tips, I'd be able to get in a defending punch before running for my life...!

    Went to this last year in UL,its a very good class,full of women there so i did only a few classes.

    Not sure if I will go to the one in UL if it's all women. Now some might say "are you crazy", but when I was down in UL before, itwas just big groups, all dolled up looking well. Feck that, I just want to do some exercise, not be in amongst a large group of people.....
    I dunno, I'll try and find a less busy setting.....
