Just putting this out there on the off chance (hope mods don't mind, just that this forum is looked at by lots of birders who might not look at ads section):

If anyone has upgraded to a new scope/tripod lately and has their old scope/tripod lying abandoned under the stairs - would you consider selling them to me?!

I'm looking for lightweight scope and tripod, a scope with lens diameter greater than 60mm and a decent brand (opticron, kowa, leica, swar, nikon) with a decent lens which won't ruin my eyesight - I'm only looking to spend a couple of hundred as I can't really afford new at the moment.
