Holiday rep work in kusadasi??

I'm just back from turkey and loved it and want to go back to do holiday rep work in the summer once i have graduated, i was just wondering if anybody knew how i would go about it, if there are any irish companies who take on holiday reps for kusadasi or if you have done it yourself how you got into it etc. Thanks!

Sunways holidays seem to be the people who do the most tours over there. I'd contact them first.
