512 would be alright for emulators and homebrew. Not sure if pandora is 100% necessary now though, could probably use the homebrew enabler (chickHEN) instead.

Older games (pre PSX eara) would be more than likely fine. PSX games on the other hand would need at least one gig...

If you have a PSP, what FW is it at?
