Am I right in that this service doesn't operate on a Sunday?

Any other bus service/or such service on a Sunday from say Skibbereen to Baltimore?

yep no Sunday service,check the rural transport bus.Looks like your out of luck there also.http://ruraltransport.ie/WCRT_Timetable.pdf
