UPC Remote

    Hi does anyone know where I can get a replacement UPC remote? Have tried the local currys/ powercity and ebay but no luck. Have already contacted UPC but god knows how long they will be, Any suggestions appreciated!!

    Wait for UPC. You dont own the equipment and will have to give it back at the end of your time with UPC so why bother shelling out for a remote for their system.

    you could try adverts

    but your best bet is UPC themselves

    UPC will send you a new one at the cost of €25 and if they discover that it actually is broken (not just wear and tear) then they will refund your money, if not then you have to pay. I would try adverts, gumtree or ebay.

    have you lost the old one? Or do you think it's broke? If it's the latter then your mistaken. It's a common problem with the remotes but their is a fix

    Haven't it lost it but it stopped working! There was a rattle sound on it the following morning but worked fine the night before, must have jumped off the couch overnight!

    I may be able to help you out there. I have an old ntl remote. The one we had with the old box before we got our digital plus box. i would be happy to send it your way if it is any use to you.
