The Met Opera production of Das Rheingold is being screened live in local cinemas, todays Sunday Times has a number of free tickets in a variety of locations (incl atlone, belfast, castlebar, cork, various Dublin cinemas, galway, gorey, letterkenny, limerick, sligo, tralee, wexford and waterford).

The Culture section of the paper has a booking page, and password (X0972), and you are asked to bring that page if you are successful in getting tickets. The link mentioned doesn't work, but a quick search did get me to the link below.

Thanks OP. Had the paper but hadn't seen this. Got the last 2 available tickets for Cork.
