    Seen this in the BBC's health section, an intresting concept that gets the job done. Would be nice to see such a charity here on this little island of ours. Not sure how they stand on 'emergency' responses?

    (note 2 mod - move to motorbike section if not suitable for here) :)

    Very good of those folks to volunteer like that - especially as they don't even get petrol expenses.

    I wonder though how their insurance companies would see it were they to crash will doing this.
