Out of Date Provisional Licence

The other half took out her provisional licence the other day and it is out of date since last September.

Can see just reapply for another one or does she need to do the theory test etc again.

The only thing I could find online about this is here:
If last provisional licence is out of date for more than five years, the application will be treated as a first time learners permit application again, e.g. theory test required, eyesight report etc

For anyone else reading this... they important date is the ' from ' date in middle. This shows the date of issue for you first permit.

Cheers for this. She did sit her test within the last two years, so I will get her onto reapplying for her licence and then test.
