Hi

I recently bought a new laptop, and had some version of McAfee internet security on it, but I had upgrade it to McAfee Enterprise to be able to access the wifi in my college. I went to the computer services crowd on campus to do this for me for free. However, now every time I use my laptop, a pop-up tells me that my real time scanning is off and my computer is at risk. So I keep bringing it up and turning it on, but it just automatically turns itself off after about 3 seconds, no matter how many times I do it, or what ever way I go about doing it. Anyone got any suggestions?
