Acer timeline wireless question?

Hey guys I have an Acer timeline 4810 T, it connects to the internet at home and the signal is always excellent except intermittently the wireless signal drops and disconnects for a good few seconds and then reconnects, this could happen once in an hour or else sometimes continuously for a lot longer I have another laptop…

I have another laptop in the home working off the same router and this problem never occurs so i know there is something happening internally thats causing this....

Can anyone shed any light on this annoying problem and how i would go about investigating and fixing this??

any advice at all would be great thanks a mill
