That sounds a bit far fetched, did they have a falling out?

havent heard, but if he is moving its due to the greater number of races, greater number of big races, and basically more oppurtunities.
that said, in his shoes id stay here, as he is known here and will have to start from the bottom in england.

Yeah, but he'd have a step above most people with his name.

    not neccessarily, greetings.
the english industry never really payed much attention to what goes on over this side.just look at the differences in weights irish horses face when running in england. his name might even serve as a hindrance over there, as many may see him as having his way paved for him over here, and try to put him in his place. but who knows, it may be the best he ever makes

does anyone know if its true or not??

I can see where you're coming from but wouldn't necessarily agree, but could well happen, but he wouldn't be going over without having a foot in with some stable or a few rides.

true, but having a foot in the door somewhere is different to having your new boss treating you any different to any other young jockey.

rakes of young, unkown lads go racing in england, and they all have a job lined up, but they still start at the bottom. noones treated better just because their from ireland

Personally, I think he's a fool to move over from her, I agree with who oever daid that he's got a name here. I give him two years over ther, as he's only 18 he's been unlucky this season with broken bones. . . he should stay here. . .I doubt he will go now that his granda has dies (R. i.p) hit'll be delyaed by a FURTHERFEW WEEKS. . . There will be a few broken hearts when he leaves I belive.
