Can anyone recommend a car dock and transmitter

    Phone - IPhone 4

    As per the title I really need to pick up a cradle for the car so I can use it for Sat Nav.
    I'd also like it to be an FM Transmitter.
    I use the Griffin Motif case so I'd want to be able to use it without having to remove that every time.

    Can anyone suggest something cheap that would suit?
