Apple Store Ireland, Shipping Q

    Where are apple goods shipped from if bought from the irish apple store. i bought a mac book pro and its giving a week delivery... after being shipped... via ups... that cant be right surely?

    Depends. It you modified it in any way, it is likely to be coming direct from China. Plus, Apple only pay for standard UPS, who will happily leave it sitting in their warehouse to make sure it takes longer to arrive than their express services, even if it's something only coming from Germany/UK/etc.!

    Standard sometimes ships from the UK. 1 week transit time would suggest China
