    Howdy

I've sh*t load of problems with scumbags in my area (clondalkin if you listen to radio). They've been getting onto my property etc, got couple of my windows broke ("cuz he's a bloody polack"). They've been setting up a fire on a side of my house (well... on a side wall to be exact) couple of time. Recently they've sprayed couple of swastiks in the area too.

I've been trying to get garda do something about them, I have even dragged one of them to civil court, but gardais just keep dicking around (they even won't come out of their cars often). I also made couple of complaints to the officer of the area I live in (talking about the one who deals with whole southern couty dublin).

Once you know my sitution I should ask my question - At what point will I be entitled to protect my property?

the new law will be coming in, you will be able to use reasonable force to protect your home from trespassers

Sorry to hear about the grief you're getting.

If the scum are hopping over your wall,go to a motor factors and buy a tub of engine greese and put iot along the top off your wall.It will make it difficult for them to get over and will make sh1te of their clothes if they do get up.

We had the same problem. We lived in an end of terrace house. If you are the same and have a small wall at the front boxing in your garden put 9 inch nails into it so the feckers cant sit on it.

You can also get toughened glass for windows that wont get smashed by bricks.
