there are several different ways to solve you problem you could buy a JFC bin and make a frame for it like one of the old mobile milk tank frames .

buy an old mobile milk tank that holds a 1000 liters.

the 280 gallon tank would be around the size you would be looking for

mount 2 ifc tanks on a frame which should hold over a tonne of meal easly

i would just buy a JFC bin and make a frame for it. You could even make it in such a way that you could drop the bin when you were in the field.

I bought a wheelie bin- the larger type that you see behind most hotels. I bought it in Tuam farm supplies for €275. It was already adapted for meal with a side door in place...grat job no rats or birds and very easy to move around, no need for tractor. I got a ramp made for a small trailer and you just roll it on and off...job done!:)
