Iphone 3 (version 3.1.3) unlock to meteor problem

    Howdy,

    Can't seem to get this working at all. I went to jailbreakme.com, installed the app etc.

    I've put my meteor sim in. It says the sim is locked. There's an option to unlock. I tap that.. input my pin number. Its says it's unlocked. But I can't make calls/send texts.

    I'd greatly appreciate any help.. It's driving me mad.. Thanks

    I think you need to need to install ultrasnow from cydia and that should unlock it for you.

    Could be wrong. But give it a shot anyways.

    Jailbreak doesn't equal unlock. Just means you can run 3rd party unsigned code. Ultrasnow should unlock it for you.

    Now next question.. my phone numbers haven't transferred even though they were saved on the sim. Any easy to transfer them all or will I have to input the numbers individually onto the iPhone.
