    Hi All

    Hope i am in the right section. myself and my partner are building a dormer bungalow in mayo. we are just wondering if anyone has dealt with anyone for a raft foundation, we are looking at a few different people now. we would really appreciate it if someone could pm us the details of anyone they have used and they would recommend.

    Are you looking for a contractor to build it or an Engineer to design & certify it or both

    The safest route is to get an engineer on board first.
