Hi everyone, I know your probaly all sick of hearing this question.

But I'm at my witts ends. I want a new car for next year (new used car).
I only do about 12,000 miles a year. So I probaly should stick to petrol.
I want a car that will do 30MPG+, nothing less but it dosen't have to be
really good. I do a lot of motorway mileage so bit of comfort too.

Now I want it on the road for €4,000. I was thinking of a 1990 Golf GTI?
    any better suggestions?

As you can see year dosen't bother me, if its older and is getting close to
the classic tax. All the better thanks!
