Want to buy a business that isn't for sale

How should one go about making enquires into the buying of a business...that is a business that isn't actually for sale. Any suggestions as to the route I should be going down here? Thanks

log on to solocheck.ie and the cro website - buy all the financial information you can get on the company ,annual returns ,auditors reports,mortgages etc

get an accountant to build you a financial picture of the business ,possible worth etc . you should know how many directors and shareholders are in the company ,and by approching them they might actually want to sell thier shareholding in the business which could get you a foot into the company .
