I use an XCortech X3200, bought off rsov way back when. Configure your BB weight, what reading you want (m/s, joules, etc.) and awya you go.

I use the same, and have done for quite some time now. I've always found it accurate and reliable.

It's also the best I've seen for use when doing modifications or upgrades. As Lemming mentioned, you can configure and select an array of bb weights, but also bb size. It has a shot counter, which is great for working out results of strings, but also allows it to return rounds per second or minute readings. A simple, but incredibly useful, thing that most chronos don't do.

Have to agree with the above, used one for months, brilliant bit of kit. The Madbull just doesn't compare to it at all :(

I wouldn't recommend cheaping out on the Chrono - the XCortech, will work out at about €80 - 90 I think...last I checked on RSOV, including shipping and VAT. I'm not 100% on that thought. It may be outside of your budget, so would you consider going splits with a friend? Good chrono, half the price, use it when you need it.

Just thought I'd toss that out there :D
