    So the the barrel of my M203 is a bit wobbly and loose it's a bit a annoying cause when you pull the trigger the pin pushes the grenade up so you must pull back the barrel to put that extra pressure to fire it

    Does anyone have any suggestions on how I can fix this problem

    It's an ACM/clone/cheapy launcher, isn't it...

    I've had the same issue on two ACM launchers before. I've tried everything from duct tape to custom made replacement spring clips, and ridiculously expensive things like plasma coating the retainer (thank the deity I didn't have to pay for any of that, the perks of my job).
    After all that, it was still pushing the grenade forward. Both are now in my scrap parts bin. Surprise surprise, it never happened with my G&P, King Arms, CAW or Madbull launchers.

    Moral of the story: chuck it, get a proper one.

    DBoys = clone = ACM = cheapy.
    DBoys are generally rock solid, but not so much with launchers. What you have is the same as what I did. I found no fix. My advice holds.
