Hi, I manage a supermarket in swords and I am looking a good recycling company that will buy our cardboard and plastic and are reliable. We have tried greyhound and had awful problems with them, these envirogreen recycling fellows called in looking to buy the stuff, has anyone used them?

I done a quick research on google and they got a good review in the papers, what does everyone else think

    Paddy,

From experience, I would tend to deal with Thorntons Recycling http://www.thorntons-recycling.ie/ . Pretty good, diligent type of a company.

Couldnt give you an indication of costs etc. as that is on a customer to customer basis and dependant on the quality of plastic, cardboard etc. you have.

PM if you need more details, I'd be happy to help.

(PS I do not work for thorntons)

Cheers Dave, Thanks for your help, one of the workers though said he heard Thortons have got themselves into a bit of financial difficulty, don't know if its true or not, maybe you could shed light

Me and the other managers have narrowed it down to panda and envirogreen recycling. Panda have a mixed reputation and don't know a great deal about envirogreen recycling, checked their website though http://www.envirogreenrecycling.ie looks good and they were nominated for some green award.

Anyone help me out with this dilemma
