    Greetings!

If anybody is backing on the PMU for Arc weekend I suggets you have a look at unibet.com they give you a bonus on all races over the PMU return. Most races 5% but can go up to 15%!

That's decent, but be wary what horses you back,as there can be large differences between the PMU and the industry prices. The bookies here tend to be shorter on British and Irish horses than PMU,whereas the PMU tends to be shorter about French horses.
Also, horses are coupled in the PMU,where if the same owner has more than one horse in the field, then a PMU bet on one becomes a bet on them all i.e if the 200/1 outsider of the pair wins and you've bet on the 3/1 favourite who is owned by the same person, then if you have done it with PMU you win.

Thanks guys that is good advice.

Are Paddy Powers linked into the PMU, I think I remember that they spent a fortune either buying a PMU(?) or getting connected into one - if this makes any sense

Yeah they got an outsourcing contract. As far as I know it's not to do with horses. Basically legislation is going through/gone through to allow markets in sports other than horse racing. Because they have no experience in pricing ordinary sport markets, PP are contracted to price for them. I was speaking to a lad from PP about it a few weeks ago but was drinking at the time so sorry if I'm a bit off, but I gather that's what the deal is mainly about.
