    Hi All,
Can anyone recommend where in the Louth / Meath area I can get rubber door seals for a 1988 BMW 635 csi at a reasonable price.
    Many thanks

Have you tried BMW dealers ? They can be surprisingly affordable for SOME parts

No, I thought it would be expensive going down that road, but will give them a shout, thanks

Unfortunately am unaware of who is doing them outside of the $tealer...ridiculously priced items & unfortunately am in need of the right h/s strip myself.

Items #12/#15 I guess you are talking about...

funny they are showing up a bit cheaper in euro here

Although a google search shows them to be anywhere between 150-300 $

You could always ask here http://www.bigcoupe.com/phpBB2/index.php. You'll probably find it very americanish but a few europeans post here so you might be pointed in the way of something in the uk.

    Hope this helps.

..I had to buy similar seals for a W123 280ce a few years ago........almost nothing available outside dealers for low-volume models like that. And yes, they were v. expensive. But, hey, not if they last for another 20+ years, are they ?
