    Is a licence/ permit required for a compound bow, draw weight 60 Lbs?

    Hi Gamer, to my knowledge you do not have to have a license for a 60# compound bow.

    Nope, I can confirm there is no licence requirement. Have 2 such bows myself!

    While this thread is here, do you need a licence for any type of archery bow? or is it licence free?

    No licence needed for any bows until you talk about crossbows.
