youtube music reviews?

just was thinking, how come there is no album reviews on youtube? you see plenty of movie and video game reviews using footage. But it seems how they get away with it is that its in an editorial aspect. Also not showing much of the movie/game. So come there isnt any of music? ... couldnt a person legally show 15-20 seconds…

... couldnt a person legally show 15-20 seconds of each song as long as "editorial review" was slapped over it?
