Sea to summit training programme???

    Hi

    I'm planning to do sea to summit in a few weeks.
    Just wondering are anybody doing it from here who are going into the beginner section of the race??

    If so what are ye doing for training?
    There is some training on the website also but wondering is anybody doing anything different???
