Can't get into my hotmail account

I've had this email account for over ten years, same password, never changed. Then suddenly it wouldn't let me sign in. It says I've tried to sign in with an incorrect password or address too many times. I've tried resetting the password, but that won't work.
Help me please!

It unfortunately sounds like you have been hacked! You could try emailing them but in my experience they were not very helpful and didn't sort out the problem. If it was hacked by someone I would change all online accounts to a different email account just encase.

Just logged into my account to find 8 reset password links which I didn't request :mad: I'm lucky I logged in when I did or my account could have been gone too It's a horrible thing when you loose control over something like that, especially after having it so long. I hope what I have said helps.

Ive had the same problem and I went through all the support options I could find but no joy. seems to have happened to thousands of people this week. Hopefully the will have a fix in place soon.
