i'm considering putting this down on my CAO for next year and i'd like to know how it varies from other language degrees and what are the job opportunities as it seems a very specialised degree.
advice from anyone doing the course at the moment or who has done it would be greatly appreciated.

    thanks

I'm doing ALIS at the moment,it's a BRILLIANT course! Everyone is very social and things aren't taken to seriously at all, really nice relaxed atmosphere across the board! You can go into translation, foreign relations, consultancy, teaching, the possibilities for applied languages are endless! And another thing I really like is the it's all continuous assessment, there isn't any big end of year exams! WHAHEY!
