    Hello all,

just got a call from my uncle.

His JCB is displaying a red warning light.

The light is a round cog/gear with a drop in the middle.

This sounds like transmission oil to me, but he has checked the tranny oil and replaced the filter.

It is on the right side of the cab - i.e when you are facing forwards, you have to turn 90 degrees to look at the instrument panel.

Could this be something else, even a dodgy sensor. He did mention that the sensor seems okay.

He does not have the book for the JCB, but I found this on the JCB website:

Warning system Audible and visual system for: engine oil, water in fuel, transmission oil temperature and pressure, park brake, air cleaner, alternator.

    Thanks in advance!
