peugot partner 2002 dash problems

    hi hope someone can help
    bought van last week bargain full doe , but today speedo ,rev counter ,fuel tank gage and temp gage, ALL not working .(at zero)
    also coil light does not come on ,nor abs, airbag .only sign that comes on when i turn the key is batt light .van starts and runs fine
    if anyone can help or at least a costing im looking at !!!!

    theres a fuse that goes (fusebox down where your right shin is) for that, not sure what number but its a 10 amp fuse and after replacing that problem goes away, while changing that fuse disconnect the battery and leave it disconnected for 15 mins, that resets a few bits in the ECU and gets the van working right again

    Hi just wondering has anybody experienced any problem with airbag light not going out on Pug Partner, the seatbelt tensionors and box in the engine compartment have being checked over at main dealer and they still cant find fault, it has to go back to dealer next week its 2.0 hdi 2004

    What were the faults logged in the airbag ecu..?
    I have seen one or two partners/berlingos where one of the cables from the engine bay fusebox to bsi (drivers side fusebox) had broken.
    For some reason this broken/damaged wire would bring up an airbag fault..:rolleyes:

    Maybe get someone to meter out each of the cables If you pm me your vin number i can post up an electrical diagram for your van..:)

    Also a faulty coms unit (wiper/lights stalk) could bring on an airbag fault.
