Dunnock (was - Bird ID help)

Could anyone tell me what kind of bird this is? Seen it around the garden a few times and can't figure out what species it is. The quality is TERRIBLE in these pictures, so apologies.. I will try and get a better picture later..

Have been wondering about this bird for a while. I had already ruled out dunnock for some reason a while ago, but after looking at more pictures, it clearly is a dunnock.
