I'm getting UPC stand alone broadband installed, will a digital TV box work with it?

    Hi Guys,

I'm not sure if this is better off in the broadband or TV forums.

As the title states, I'm getting stand alone broadband from UPC (I'm not getting a TV package)

I was wondering if I got a cable freeview box and put a splitter on the cable would I get any TV channels from it? Even the freeones?

Like the way a Sky box will work with no card but just give you the free channels

    Cheers

There is no cable free view box. If you want TV over cable, you pay for it.
