    Hi,

My landlord is in the high court next week as the bank wants to repossess the apartment I am in.

Are the results of high court cases posted online? if yes, then how long afterwards (or does it depend on how long it takes to make a decision)? Do cases such as these drag on or are they usually clean cut or is it a case of "it depends"?

You are entitled to go to the Court hearings. If the action is opposed it can go on for months. If not it can end quickly. There is a practice of allowing anyone living in a repossessed property time to find alternative accomodation after the order is made.
