    im in colledge doing childcre level 6 sent away forms in early august got a txt the end of august to say they recieved my forms but havnt heard anything yet but most of my class mates have any ideas why this is any help id be happy thanks

    did they send the forms in earlier than you?

    when you apply to the VEC, you go into a queue.
    The earlier you apply, the sooner it will be looked at.

    It might also be the case that they are checking your documents, income etc, while some of your class mates applications might have been a lot easier than yours.

    If you have any worries about your application, you could always ring them, or call into their offices and ask to speak to someone.

    But usually people are told to just wait for a response.

    Always no harm to ring , I had to ring when I heard nothing , Was told I needed to send in a form from the college & it would be sorted, Wouldn't have known if I didnt ring
