    Hi All, Apparently there are lots of people that NEED to sell houses due to the banks squeezing them and I would like to buy a detached house for a good price, win win situation, so if anyone knows of anyone who NEEDS to sell their house at a reduced price and by buying it they would be helped out and I would also gain from it please let me know.

    And no Im not trying to jump on or kick people while they are down.......its better to sell to me or someone like me than lose it.......
