Is there an easy way of doing this or do I have to bring it to a graphic designer? (I have AI but my experience is very limited)

I assume you have tried selecting all and double clicked the scale tool. If you tried this but the results were messed up, do it again ensuring 'scale stroke and effects' is checked when the scale window appears.
