Legal Parts of Making a Business?

    Hi,

My friends and I want to start a business. We think it would be fun [hey - we're two 15 year olds and a 17 year old] and if it all flops, they'd be products we'd love to keep anyway! And it'd be a learning experience I guess. :L

So, we wanna start a business and are stuck - in mini-company the teacher said that we needed to sign some forms and stuff and put money into it into legally registering the company and the company name nall, so I was wondering what all this stuff is?

My friends and I wanna make the company asap cause its something that would be useful in Winter and Summer. Possibly Spring?

I know that someone else made another thread on becoming an entrepreneur and everything, but I think this is kinda different.

    Sorry its long. :L

So basically: what are all the steps to making a business and having it legal basically? Do you just register its name and then you can start with the prototype nall?

    Thanks(:
