Facebook warning for adding friends?

Recently I've been organising a ski club thing. It involves over 150 members, all new. So adding them as i go along, all of a sudden I get these messages popping up asking do I know the person and I have too many requests made etc? It's a load of balls. Even when said people ad me then. However i get the generic bs answer…

However i get the generic bs answer from FB in email saying I am contacting too many people i don't know etc.

So I went to log on there and I get this thing up saying i have been blocked for 2 days for adding friends. Then have to check a box saying that I won't ad anyone else I don't know.

ffs!! I have read stories of peoples accounts being deleted because of this.

It's so bloody wrong. Has anyone got a similar experience successfully resolved?
