The CAP2 timetable for next year has an "Induction to Case Studies" session and a "Case Study Cross Marking" session.

    What are these about?

Is this to do with Auditing only?

The feedback from the first year of CAP 2 was that, while people were capable of the technical material, most students failed to be able to cope with large case study material. In the second year of CAP2 they have emphasised the need to better equip students with the skills to do case studies, hence the reason why they introduced these sessions. It also better prepares students for FAE, which is primarily case study based.

    Thanks cap2repeater.

So, do all the exams in CAP2 have a case study question?

Yep. Usually worth 55-65%. The sessions are worth it. If you haven't sat open book before I'd go.
