RTE live & RTE player at work

    HI..would appreciate any suggestions..I can browse the RTE website from work but when I try to look at RTE live or RTE player, no joy. The ads. play but the programme itself doesn't. As far as I am aware flash player is installed, as is real player. I can watch programmes on channel 4. Any ideas?
