Finding replacement for maternity leave

I hopefully go on maternity leave at Christmas and need to find a replacement before I go. I work in the country near south Dublin, for some small businesses that work out of the same office. I do everything - computerized accounts (A/R and A/P), sales and invoicing, quotations, wages, revenue forms, deal with the bank, accountant, insurance etc etc. I also make the coffee, answer the phone and sweep the floor...
Someone with at least a few years experience in a similar position is essential. They must be trustworthy, and have excellent references... A professional qualification is not necessary.
They will have to work full time whilst I am on Maternity leave and then possibly part time when I return (or maybe not....).
I would really love some advise on where is the best place to advertise this job. This will be the first time that I have advertised a job and would love to know some of the potential pitfalls. I would love to keep the costs down as well - is there a free option? I can find any number of web sites helping people get a job - but no independent site to assist people that have a job on offer! Thanks.

Why not try Jobs.ie. It will cost a few hundred euro to advertise the job, but they have lots of people who are looking for jobs in administration.

Are there any free sites? Is Fás any good for this type of vacancy?
Also, I need assistance in the hiring process - any good websites for this?

LinkedIn might be worth a shot, ask for some recommendations from people

We do not have a lot of money to spend on this....
