Business idea to get off the ground

    Hi all,

    I have come up with a TV series idea that has not been done before.
    It is a factual entertainment series and there has never been one attempted before in Ireland, the UK or even the states.
    I have the outline, content and aims of the series outlined but im at a loss as to how to proceed to pitch it to a production company or station!!
    It is one that has the potential to be in running for years as it is an area that is changing and growing all the time, it is also an area that appeals to all age groups and from singles and couples to even large groups. It is also one that can be made into a very entertaining and informative series.

    I just cant figure out the best and most rapid way in which to proceed to get it off its knees and into a running position!

    And yes i have done four months of research and surveys across all social demographics and it does seem to arouse a sense of entertainment in the majority of interviewees.
