I'm going to be commuting by car from Hardiman rd Drumcondra to just outside Dundalk. Any idea what time I'd need to be leaving at to be in for 9 and also whats the best way to get on the m1?
    thanks

Balllymun road-> M50 ->M1 is the way I'd go less traffic, total journey time to south of dundalk area around dkit xerox etc would be 50-60 minutes most mornings

No disrespect mate ,but I find it hard to believe that you are asking the best way to get on to the M1.If you live in Drumcondra its practically on your doorstep and its a straight run

I'm not living up there yet so I've no idea what the traffic would be like in the mornings. Google maps sends you up the Drumcondra rd instead of the Ballymun rd

Ah ok my apologies if i came across rude.
If you get onto the Drumcondra road ,its literally a straight road all the way to Dundalk ..
Drumcondra Rd leads onto the M1...
You will be going against the traffic as all the traffic in the mornings is going the opposite way into the city ,,

First thing in the morning it's a clear run from Drumcondra to the M1, I should know from heading in the opposite direction so many times. :pac: Once you're on the M1 it's 40-45 minutes to the first junction for Dundalk, 45 if you're taking her handy enough.
